What we collect

  • When you email us: your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
  • When you become a client: contact details for the people we work with, and the information needed to deliver our services and send invoices.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it has no forms. Our web hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To deliver services and manage our working relationship. Our lawful basis is the performance of a contract.
  • To keep business and accounting records. Our lawful basis is our legal obligations.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We only share information with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email, hosting and accounting providers, and only as far as they need it. We may also share information where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request. Client and financial records are kept for as long as UK tax and company law requires, which is usually six years.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, ask us to limit or stop using it, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. To make a request, email us at info@fazkhan.site.
